I'm having issues with the SCIM provisioning aspect of my EA in Azure. Our company utilizes multiple license types, namely Zoom One Business Plus and US/CA unlimited. As I've spent a fair amount of time working with the Zoom team to try and find a way to provision users from both license types, but have not found a good way to do it. I though about doing a variable look up to determine what license attribute to use, but haven't quite figured out if I can or even how.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Can't update app from old 5.13.12053 version. Zoom is blocking it, I've spent hours on this, HELP!!

  I just updated from and old Free acct. to Pro Plan and thought this would update the app.  I am the admin. of my computer.  When I try to download the current program I keep getting a message that my app has to be updated to at least a 5.14.5 version Zoom won't let me do it and their chats are worthless.   I'm running Windows 11 on my PC where I'm having the problem.  I had no problem downloading the update on my Windows 11 laptop...???

We've been using this payment method for the past year with no issue, except the last invoice for February wherein we paid through Gcash, confirmed with successful transaction and payment was deducted to my Gcash account. However, Zoom did not credit my payment and asking me to pay again the same invoice.

Opened a ticket but the person in the billing section was not helpful. They're just asking me to pay the same invoice again. Help.

I attended a Zoom meeting and as a result of signing up for the meeting I was unintentionally signed up for a Zoom account. I don't need or want an account. I tried to call the support line 888 799 9666 and selected support, option 3, but all I got was music for over 20 minutes. There was never an update or estimated time for answering or any other option to indicate that they would ever respond. It seems to be a fraudulent method of signing up people and not providing a way to unsubscribe and get a refund! Anyone else have this issue. It seems the only alternative I will have is to file a government fraud complaint.

Billing problems

Hey people, I made payment for my account but despite getting a payment confirmation , my account still shows as if am on the basic plan. Someone point me in the right direction. Logged in and out severally, changed browsers still stuck. Thank you
