No access to email; cannot log into account

1. I have tried every troubleshooting option that Zoom has identified in various places.  I say this because I don't need to be directed to support pages like this one. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362563-Changing-the-email-associated-with-your-account..  I have tried literally everything.

 

2. When I try to log into my Zoom account, a security message pops up and it sends a link to my email address.

 

3. I no longer have access to the email associated with my Zoom account. As a result, I cannot access the email that Zoom is sending.

 

4. I want to either cancel my subscription or change the email associated with my account to another one.

 

The bottom line is for me to contact support, I have to log into my account.  I am unable to because I can't log into my email account.

 

I had to create a new account to even post this question because you can't post questions without logging into your account. 

 

Advise.

Hi,

I have a Zoom One Pro plan and saw the add-on for scheduler when it was launched, so decided to try it for a month. I subscribed for a month, (it says "subscription period monthly") but it didn't have the features I thought it did, so hit "cancel plan" 

It won't let me cancel the scheduler add-on and says:

 

"You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."

 

I tried contacting zoom, with zero response and also saw that this topic has been posted before with no responses from zoom.

 

Unless I cancel my credit card, within two days it will automatically hit my credit card

 

Having a monthly suscription plan for add-ons and not being able to cancel them at the end of the month is a scam.

 

Any thoughts on how to cancel the scheduler add-on subscription?

I was not aware that the Webinar 1000 product was being automatically paid for two months. It was charged twice on February 12 and March 12, and I would like to refund these two payments. This is because Webinar 1000 will not be used from February 12th to April 11th. However, on April 3, 4th, and 9th, webinars with less than 500 people will be held, and these webinars can be held using Webinar 500 products rather than Webnar 1000, so we have paid additional Webinar 500 products on the assumption that Webinar 1000 will be refunded.
We're hoping that webinars that we've already booked for April 3rd and 4th will be able to take place under the Webinar 500, but we haven't heard back from Zoom support center yet. I'm worried that the upcoming event will be affected by any chance.

I can't get the Authentication code

I can't sign in into the account I used for months! That's frustrating cause I have so much data there, I got all set up. I actually had four meetings lauched today and I couldn't join any.

 

So I can't figure out what the problem is, I simply can't get that code anywhere. There's nothing on my emails nor phones, apps anythings. I downloaded Authentication apps but they can't help the problem, as well as the zoom support bot. I didn't get any relevant info to my problem, and seems like I won't get any help soon

 

And by the way, they don't give me a chance to publish it then. Anyway, it won't help

Dear Zoom Support,

I am writing to request that my Zoom One Pro Annual subscription be reactivated/re-subscribe.

I had accidentally selected annual payment option of large meeting 500 participants add on subscription within a month of paying for the Zoom One Pro yearly subscription.

 

I understand that I am responsible for the selection which i made unknowingly, But due to insufficient amount it could not happened.

However, I would like to be able to continue using Zoom One Pro without add on for the rest of the year. I have been a Zoom customer for several years, and I have always been happy with the service. I use Zoom for both personal and business purposes, and it is an essential tool for me.

 

this change will take effect at the end of my subscription term without any refund or credit. I genuinely want to retain access to this Zoom One Pro Annual service until the end of my subscription term. In the meantime I will make responsible decisions and will choose plans as per my need in future.

 

I would be grateful if you could please reactivate my subscription as soon as possible.

 

Mar 3, 2024 - Apr 2, 2024 (500 Participants meeting - 1 Month)

3, 2024 - Mar 2, 2025 ( Zoom One Pro Annual)

I have an my old accounts with zoom meeting but due to some card's international transaction issue its last bill was not paid auto, yesterday its i was Realize while run an meeting today I paid over dues but still my subcrion show is in besic. i change an Currency cause in Feature that Problem Should not Be Occurred Again But  now when i Try To Make Payment For This Month Or Upgrade the Plan the option is Disabled, Its Very Urgent for us Cause Tomorrow Ester Sunday Online Church is Depends on it, So many Peoples are Depends on This Prayer.

Hi. I set up my Zoom account a few years ago with my personal email address. Then I started using Zoom in a different way and I changed the email address on the account. The email now showing on my account is the correct one - but they still send emails (eg your credit card needs updating) to my old email address and if I set up a meeting they still use the old email address to create the invitation emails. I have tried to contact support but nobody ever got back to me. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

The pop up window said: Actualmente, esta aplicación no está disponible y el desarrollador está al corriente del problema. Podrás iniciar sesión cuando esta se reactive. 

 

I am not sure if I press some button wrong, but today I just can't log in zoom by Facebook, and I have tried all means to log in, and the zoom service always asks me to go to the front page, which is exactly where I used to log in, and can't. I also aked chat service to ask ai, but they only said that I need to go to the front page. 

 

Can someone help me?
