I bought the Pro Account and paid it (with Apple Pay) but I used my "normal" Account and not the Apple-ID-Account (I only have one Zoom Account). Now in the Zoom Account it only shows the Baisc Account. So what can I do? I paid the Pro Version and atm can only use the basic version.

Cancel Zoom

Zoom has given great service to our company while we were customers. Now we want to cancel our subscription, they're not responding to our emails. Anyone else going through this sort of thing?

So, Zoom thinks they can quietly dip into your account for a subscription renewal without warning. Has this happened to you and they refused to refund you? You’re not alone. Don’t let them get away with it.

Here's what you can do:

 

1. Call your bank immediately and dispute the charge.

2. Request a chargeback and have your bank block any further charges if they won’t cooperate.

3. Share your experience here so we can keep track of how many are affected.


If enough of us hit them at once, maybe they’ll learn that shady business comes with consequences. Let’s hold them accountable.

Please note that auto payment will not happen as the transaction is USD-based. Please let me know when completed so that I can pay in Indian currency.

SCIM Stopped Working Between Entra and ZOOM

Has anyone elses auto provisioning between Entra and Zoom stopped working?

 

When clicking on authorize on the Entra Side for provisioning, I am presented with a box to log into Zoom as admin. I do, and approve the application, but then the web pop up redirects to a https://portal.azure.com/webtoken=NUMBERSNUMBERSNUMBERS and just stays blank.

 

Then I receive an email from Zoom that the app was authorized but still unable to Test.

 

On the Entra Test side I receive the following error:

Testing connection to Zoom
You appear to have entered invalid credentials. Please confirm you are using the correct information for an administrative account.

Error code: SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagementCredentialValidationUnavailable
Details: We are not able to connect to your application while attempting to validate our authorization to access your application. Please ensure that you have provided valid credentials to the application and reach out to the application developer to diagnose why the authorization is failing.
 
On the Zoom Apps side under Azure, I see a lot of API calls failing.

Since November of 2023, we have been trying to cancel our account with Zoom.  We were told we missed our deadline and had to wait until 2024.  In October of 2024, we started contacting Zoom letting them know we wanted to cancel our account and to port out our VOIP numbers.   It took 2 months of them trying to keep us on account before they sent a termination contract.   It is now May of 2025 and they still are charging us for phone service and will not assist in porting out our numbers.   I have had multiple tickets created that get no resolve.   Chat agents just end the chat.   I highly recommend anyone reading this to use ANY other service.

for the last 1 year i was using zoom paid service, i opted for monthly service for all these time. after a break when i did renewal i contacted sales person to whom i asked for the same monthly basis service. but she generated the agreement with 12 month term contract on monthly payment option, which i have signed without noticing the term contract because nothing was discussed about the conract to me by the sales associate, and as i have signed so many times before for my renewals, i though this agreement also would be same, i believed the sales person, but for her commission she cheated me and now giving very cool response, you have signed the agreement so you need to take it up, no consideration for the customers. now when i wanted to cancel the subscription, i was informed by the team they cannot cancel the subscription, i have to take up for 12 months. but i have no requirement for another 11 months, then why should i pay... everywhere they mention you can cancel the subscription anytime but cheating with the hidden contract.. past 7-8 days i made more than 100 calls to the billing department and more than 100 mails to all the members whoever i could contact.. all are irresponsible in helping me. simply they wanted to take money from me, its about 3 lakhs. what justice zoom shows for their customers. i have requested so many times for the wwithdrawal of contract, they are ready to change the plan for the same cost but not to help the customers who were literally cheated by the sales team.

when i wanted for renewal i was called immediately by the team, but when i raise some issues i was completely ignored, no one is looking at my issue

i have the hstory of invoice for the last 1 year how i paid, looking at the history of my payment also they are not considering my request .... someone form this community please help me out...

Thank you for your response regarding my refund request for the auto-renewal of our Zoom Workplace Pro subscription. We fully understand Zoom’s policy on non-refundable subscriptions. However, as a charity, every penny truly counts for us, and this unexpected charge impacts our budget significantly.

Given that the renewal was charged very recently and was not intended, we would deeply appreciate any reconsideration of our request for a refund. If a full refund is not possible, we would be grateful for any alternative solutions, such as a partial refund or credit toward other Zoom services.
