Zoom won't let me Apply a coupon code they gave me that is in my account.

Don't know if this is the right Location, but I can't seem to get an answer from Zoom about this question: Status is Pending for RENEW30US1 in my account. What does that mean?

They sent me this discount coupon, it shows up in my account, but there is no Apply button, even though they tell me it's there.

Help? Thx!

I have the same issue but with a slightly different code RENEW30US3. Same thing-status Pending. Unclear what this means. They sent me this coupon for a renewal. The fine print in the email they sent says something about not being able to apply the coupon if you have already applied one before. I have one from last year so maybe that is the issue, but they why did they give me this offer?  VERY FRUSTRATING and no way to get help. Chatbot was useless and my plan won't let me access a person.

I have the same problem. I thought it was phishing at first. Unable to reach anyone by phone or otherwise. Guess it's a red herring.
