Unable to cancel subscritpion

I want to cancel my subscription. 

I have tried several times using two different methods to cancel my Zoom subscription, but each time I try to do so, I am unable. 

Either the page needs to reload or the process is not available at the time I am trying to cancel.

I find this unacceptable and irregular. Has anyone else experienced this?

How do I connect with Customer Service?

We have had issues with downgrading our account to fewer users using the online portal. We downgraded in August but were charged the old price for September and October. I would suggest calling them instead:   1.888.799.0125. We haven't been successful yet but hope you have better luck!

I was going to pay for month to month, but not now!   Too difficult or even impossible to talk to live person.   I need some assistance with set up and cant input my password with my phone, so cant reach support.   This is way too difficult and risky.
