Subscription Issue


Hello everyone . I was trying to contact a person from the zoom costumer service for a really big deal issue. Because I payed a PRO plan in zoom on May 21,2021 and it will expires on March 20, 2022. Then the problem is my subscription turns to BASIC. and I really don't know why and how did it happen. Please help me for my issue because I am having an upcoming event in next next week. I really need the zoom service to fix it.

I would recommend checking that your Pro license is properly assigned to your user profile.


You can do this by checking and Editing your user there to assign the license.


You could also check your billing status at  - but it sounds like you already paid for the year - is that correct?
