Request For Refund for Cash deducted without my consent

Dear Admin,

I am operating a Pro account 
I mainly do my yearly subscription to the account, 

I purchase the Webinar feature only when I need it 

My issue is, December I paid on 3rd Dec 2024 because I needed a webinar, on Dec 18th I was billed again for $91, then Jan 18th I was given another bill, 
One of the bills was automatically deducted from my card, the money meant for paying for yearly account subscription,
I have tried to raise the issue with no response 
Kindly respond

I got the same problem, I have no notifications or whatsoever, and automatically they deducted the annual subscription. Already filed the ticket 2 days ago and still no action from them.
