Payment error. It says there is no money, but it is on the card. What's the problem?

The money is on the card, I try to pay the annual tariff, but the payment does not pass because "Payment is declined because the account has insufficient funds, please contact your bank or try a different payment method".

What is the problem? I only have 56 euros to pay with the coupon.
I attach a statement from the bank

Hi @nekrasovdanylo 

Please contact your bank as suggested in the error message as that is where the error originated.

I have been trying for over a week now to make a payment on my account, but I keep getting this error message:

"Payment is declined because the account has insufficient funds, please contact your bank or try a different payment method."

 

I have contacted my bank, but they said the issue is not from their end from Zoom.


Kindly assist, and urgent, please

If this hasn't been resolved already, may I have your account number so I can find the error codes? If you're unsure, go to Account Management and then select Account Profile. It will be there.
