Not getting emails from Zoom

Hi, I have a friend who cannot log in to their zoom account because zoom is asking for a one-time passcode that can only be sent to the users email (outlook). We've checked in spam and junk multiple times. The user is not getting any emails from zoom, thus they cannot login because they don't have the passcode. The automated chat was no help. Any thoughts?
