Hi all - trying to find a way to help a friend/collaborator reinstate her account asap. I tried to add her as a user to my account so that I could set her up as a co-host. When she tried to accept my invite, it automatically deleted her account and refunded her money. She has important meetings coming up very soon (like within the hour) - any ideas how to get her back up and running with her old account so all of her data isn't lost???
