Incredibly difficult and time consuming to change subscriptions

I spent an entire week and a half dozen emails back and forth just to change a couple subscriptions. Delay after delay because support staff did not know the simplest things - like asking us to put a credit card on file for billing when we already have one on file. I do not see how Zoom expects to retain customers when they make it so difficult to do something so simple. They should not be wasting customers' time with a broken service system.
