I adjusted Zoom subscription service from eight to three users, but it didn't take effect

 I subscribe Zoom one service for four years. Our account no. is: 504 093 xx, 
and user quantity is eight.

In 2024,I do not need eight users, I decide change users quantity to
three. So, I changed our Zoom service subscription to three users on 3/4
2024. I think system will automatic effective on 3/5 2024.

But after that, the system still charges eight users amount to our company.
Can I change to three users and refund to me immediately ?

I have had exactly the same issue on our business account, and Zoom has told me I can't make changes until a renewal date, they keep stating despite being on a monthly subscription. 

It is really hard work to get anywhere with Zoom support. I haven't had a sufficient reply yet despite calling Zoom 3 times and chasing on my support ticket for > 3 months
