Frustrated with Lack of Support and Account Reactivation Issues

I'm really struggling to understand why I've been so foolish to continue being a customer of an app that clearly doesn't seem to care about its users anymore. Unfortunately, it took me a minute to compose my question, and now I'm unable to chat with live support. I'd like to express my frustration and seek help with my issue: 

 

I'm reaching out because I recently paid for the month I owed on my Zoom account, but I still can't seem to reactivate it. I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue. Thanks!
