Disable multiple sign-ins

As an Admin, is there a way to prevent users from signing into the Zoom desktop app across multiple computers? Our Zoom used to have it to where if I'm signing into my Zoom account on a conference computer then sign in with my main computer it would automatically sign my profile out of the conference. This is ideal as we like to keep office administrator chats private and this is a big help in that. Ever since we signed our profiles onto Zoom One for Business we can now sign into multiple devices simultaneously. Can that be turned off?

Zoom doesn't natively support preventing users from signing into the desktop app on multiple devices simultaneously. However, you can:

  1. Check for Updates: Confirm if Zoom has introduced any new settings regarding multi-device sign-ins.

  2. Educate Users: Encourage users to manually sign out from shared computers to maintain privacy.
