DON'T SEEM TO BE GETTING WHAT I AM PAYING FOR

For the last year I have had a subscription that allows me calls to take me beyond the free 40 mins.  It ran out, I missed the reminder.  However, the very same day I upgraded for another year, yet I haven't had a single zoom that would take me past the 40 mins mark which is looking very unprofessional to my clients.  Any idea if there is a button I need to press? tried Zoom customer support, but they are not getting back to me.  So short of getting a refund from my bank for services not forthcoming, I'm unsure if this is an end user thing... any help would be great.

Hi there,

May I suggest a few steps to try and solve your issue:

  • In the Zoom Portal, on the left hand menu, go to: Admin --> Account Management --> Billing --> Current Plans. Check here if your Zoom paid license is shown.
  • If it is shown, you can assign it to yourself by following this Knowledge Article.
  • If it does NOT show, please open a ticket with our Billing Team so they can assist you further.
