Credits get either refunded, applied to an open invoice or sometimes the credit remains on the account's credit balance for future use. I have reviewed the account that is linked to your community email address, however, I do not see any recent credits.
If you need help locating a specific credit, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing so our specialists can take a closer look and also share account-specific information/documentation with you.
