Changed companies - Need to Change Email


I changed companies and so when I change the email account, it sends a confirmation/verification to the old company.  I have no access to that email account so I can't verify the change.  How do I get around this.   Thanks.

Most of us in the Zoom Community are volunteers with no access to your account, and this is not something you can fix on your own.


Please file a Support Ticket with Zoom directly here; include both email addresses, specifying which one is current and which one is former, and they should be about to fix the account for you, possibly needing some additional information:
