Hello, Everyone.
I have something to ask though i dont have the answer. And confused.
I have 2 outstanding invoices that have been forgotten by me. The plan just ended today (08/08/2022)
My question is, The cloud recording gone. And if i pay the plans, Can i restore the meeting recordings on the cloud? Thanks!

Hey, @chartingku,
I don't know the answer for sure, but I believe that if you pay for a Pro license renewal and assign it to your user account within 30 days, any recordings should still be in place. If you're intending to renew anyway, I'd say go ahead and renew, and check to see if they're there.
If you plan to contact the Zoom Billing Team, you might ask them.
Some of the information in this thread might be helpful -- there are several lines of questions in there, but they support my thinking that once you re-assign a Pro License to the user, the recordings should re-appear.
