After Making payment still my plan is not ugpraded to Pro

After making the payment to move my account from basic to pro, my account is still showing basic. How much time does it take to update the account?

Hello Team , 

 

Still my plan is not upgrade and please find two invoice attaced . i have made the payment to upgrade to pro plan two times. Its really frustrating. Payment deducted twice and plan is not upgraded yet. 

I have such a problem too.

Hi, after I click "users" I don't see users. I have two buttons: Upgrade account, or manage users with basic plan.
