Hello,


I was invited to a Pro plan , However my Zoom account still shows "BASIC", even while creating a meeting I'm still notified that I can only do 40 min max. When I try to upgrade my plan from Basic to Pro I find that I'm already in the Pro plan.
Please let me know what I can do

Hey @paul_pc you will need to reach out to the Owner on the account to Assign a Zoom license
