Account Billing Issue


Hello Zoom support,

i have been facing issues with my account {121105382} as it gets frequently disconnected every 40 minutes even after having a subscription. 
So i request you check with the billing history because i have paid extra money. 
for your reference i have attached the required file.
Please fix this issue asap. As this is critical to us.

your user type is probably still Basic.  since you purchased a paid license, you will have one paid license available to assign to a user.  you need to edit the user's type from Basic to Licensed.  please see the support article below:
