Hi Zoom Community, I’ve been facing an issue during Zoom meetings where my audio intermittently cuts out, making it difficult to communicate. It happens randomly, whether I’m speaking or listening, and doesn’t seem to be tied to my internet connection as my video remains stable. I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting Zoom, checking my microphone settings, and updating the app, but the problem continues. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? I’d appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

With the new update, when I have my Zoom meeting in full screen mode, my Window's task bar won't appear when I move the curser to the very bottom of the screen. It was never a problem before. I have not changed my task bar settings. It's currently at "Automatically hide the taskbar when in desktop mode." I'd like to keep that setting so when I screen share, the task bar isn't in frame. Anyone know if there is a setting in Zoom somewhere that would allow for the Window's task bar to pop up when needed instead of having to keep it open?

Hey there! I'm kinda new to zoom, started to use this platform just a while ago. So I've been thinking about security methods during calls... since I have my online sellvia store I often have to call my specialists or customers to discuss something and during these meeting we ofc talk about some private things or share file that no one else is allowed. How do I ensure total security? Do I just put the password on the meeting or there's something else I can do? Thanks

I was unable to join a meeting today despite entering the meeting ID and passcode from my own account page, getting a "Sign in to join this webinar" message every time I hit the join button. I have a Chromebook and use Google chrome as my browser. This is the first time I have ever encountered this issue despite using Zoom links from the same company twice a week, every week on the same device. I then noticed that despite having the "stay signed in" box ticked on my sign-in page, Zoom never keeps me signed in, so I was stuck in a loop of always getting the same message. The host sent me a direct link and I had the same issue: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join." Previously, hitting the sign in hyperlink on this same message automatically signed me in and took me to the meetings no problem. What's changed? Is there anything I can do in settings to stay signed in. I now need to use the phone app to access meetings, but this is a temporary measure not usually allowed at work.

I can't stand Team Chat.Ideally, I'd be able to disable Team Chat entirely—my team and I have absolutely no use for it, and I've gone as far as requesting nobody comment during meetings in the in-meeting chat to avoid further notifications. At the very least, I want to at least turn off the red notification bubble on the dock icon—I have enough already that are actually important, and having 99+ notifications on the Zoom icon is really not helpful. The only solution I've found is signing out entirely, which is annoying due to the NEW "You are chatting as a guest" notification which blocks the first messages in the in-meeting chat. (attached) Would love a solution to this—I am frustrated beyond belief by this new "feature". Please stop fixing things that are not broken.

I recorded a meeting & cannot find the file location of the recording. I've gone through every step of the "help" & have nothing listed in my recordings folder on Zoom. I was not the host of the meeting. The host sent me a link to join the meeting. I clicked "Record" at the beginning & the host "Allowed" the recording and I got confirmation that the meeting was being recorded. Our meeting was automatically shut off at the 40-minute maximum mark & the window closed before I could toggle with any of the recording settings. Is there any way to find/retrieve this recording? Would it appear somewhere on my hard drive? (Running Windows 11 Enterprise) I asked the person who hosted the meeting if they had access to it or could find it & they could not.

I am no longer able to share my sound if I attempt to share a screen. The checkbox option to "share sound" is simply grayed out and unavailable. As is the option to "Optimize Video" as well. It is happening on three of my machines that are all on the same version Monterey OS 12.1Mac - 5.11.9 (10046)

Hey, I’m Aisha and I work at R.H. Alloys. How can I effectively utilize breakout rooms during Zoom webinars for enhanced participant engagement? Are there any advanced features or best practices that can help optimize their use?
after i amend the zoom AI summary and save it, it asks me to share and when i enter my email, then does not email it to me. how do i get the updated AI summary emailed to my email address?
Is it possible in a breakout Room to play music through 'share screen'
If so, what would it be like to also be able to talk over the music?
I'd like to be able to DJ with music in a breakout room.
Any advice or experience out there?
