Is it possible to create Zoom Quizzes that other Zoom users can use? I was thinking to use it for a virtual classroom but was not sure if the facilitators would be able to access pre-built quizzes If I create them.
Hello,
I got married in Italy and set up a zoom meeting to have my friends and family watch. I set a scheduled meeting to automatically record. I don't have a recording anywhere. Please help me get the only video I have of my wedding ceremony.
I started a webinar practice session a few days before my webinar was scheduled to begin. During the practice session, I heard from a registrant that the registration page stated that the webinar had started, with a button that said "register and join" instead of only "register. The registrant was confused since it appeared that the webinar had started days early. Is there a way to disable the "webinar has started" notification and "register and join" button during a practice session to avoid confusion?

Dear Zoom Team, I am using a Zoom Workplace Pro account for my executive coaching platform, CXO Steps, where coaching sessions are conducted between coaches and coachees. However, I am facing an issue during the onboarding process of new coaches. When a coach is onboarded, they receive a message from Zoom stating that their personal Zoom account has been absorbed by the CXO Steps account, and they are transferred to our Zoom account. As a result, they get a refund for their personal Zoom account and become members of the CXO Steps account. I would like to find a solution where I can continue conducting coaching sessions seamlessly on Zoom without permanently transferring my coaches’ personal Zoom accounts to CXO Steps. Ideally, each coach should retain their personal Zoom account while being able to use Zoom for coaching sessions with CXO Steps, without any interruptions. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this or suggest an alternative approach for handling Zoom accounts for coaches? Thank you for your assistance.

I added panelists to a webinar and sent them their panelists links from within Zoom. One of the panelists received her link via a Microsoft Teams notification instead of via email. Is there a setting that I may have accidentally enabled to make this happen when I was setting up the webinar? Or is this a setting on the panelist's end?

Someone else with a paid Zoom account started a meeting, then made me host (I do not have a paid account). I began recording to the cloud (not to my own device because I do not have sufficient space), but the user who initially started the meeting left early. After I ended the meeting (long after the meeting starter had left), the popup for processing did not appear on my end. Does this mean the recording is gone forever?

Hi I am desperately looking for alternatives to Skype to call from outside the USA into toll free numbers located in the USA - does Zoom have this feature? If yes, does Zoom regular account allow calls into toll free numbers? Or does only a Zoom business account allow these calls? Is it possible to call toll free numbers in other countries from outside those countries? What are the costs to call from outside the USA into toll free numbers located in the USA? If it is possible to make these calls, where are the instructions to do so? (I do not see anything on the Zoom website). Thanks.

We use Zoom Chat as our company’s primary internal communication tool. I’d love the ability to reply to messages directly from a notification in iOS. When a notification comes in, I have to open the Zoom app to view the entire message and reply to it. It’s even cut off by a wide margin in the notification itself. By comparison, if a Slack notification comes in, I can view the entire message and reply directly without having to open the app.

On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is there any indication at all that I have Zoom Pro. I have no access to the features, and when I follow the steps online to resolve (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057835 and https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065302&_ga=2.219133529.1114727551.1717978057-1343244150.1717978057) it does not work and I cannot change my account to Pro. I do not want to pay again. I emailed Zoom support within days of May 26 and have tried calling and have gotten no support. How might I resolve this issue? I need Zoom Pro as soon as possible - grateful for all the support you can offer! Thank you!

I am trying to buy a plan for zoom and an add-on. The add-on is 50$ and the plan is 21.90$. Though i select that plan monthly, in the total amount i see it's charging me for about 270$, when it's supposed to be only 70$
