What are the terms of use for zoom AI companion summaries?

It says that you can use it by turning on the summary function toggle on the summary settings page, but is this a problem?

If you check the transcription section of ZOOM's function, it says that the record to the cloud toggle must be turned on.

If the transcription function is used in the summary and question function of Zoom AI Companion,

I would like to check if I am worried that the summary and question will no longer be available.

Resolved! I would like to check the terms and conditions for using AI Companion.

Currently managers and above are enrolled in the PRO plan.

If a Pro plan user is present in the same meeting, can the Free plan user use the AI Companion feature?

 

Or do all users who want to use the AI companion need to be on the pro plan?

We are currently recording Zoom locally. In this case, I checked the support site. It states that cloud recording data and audio transcripts are required to use smart recording. Do you understand that smart recording cannot be used in this case?

 

Also, in the case of the local storage type, the audio transcript is temporarily saved on the Zoom side, but is the mechanism the same as the recorded content on Zoom?

 

Finally, is it correct that 'Content used to provide the service' is recognized as being discarded after the AI ​​is generated?

I am the account owner.
I am trying to activate AI companion but is says it is locked by Admin.

Since I am the only account holder how do I activate this?

I am attempting to test the Zoom AI companion feature before rolling out the function to all users in my environment.

 

The issue is that I am using an admin account and I attempt to allow only a few users but it says Locked by Admin even though I unlocked the feature. Ultimately, my goal is to have a few users enabled to test the features. 2023-10-17 11_30_54-Window.png

 

Here are the sequence of events that I have tried: 

  • Logged in as admin
  • Toggled the Zoom AI Companion feature on
  • Logged out
  • Logged in as a regular user
  • Go to Account Settings

Please assist as I have tried following the instructions on the Tiered settings page but none of that has helped.
