Several coworkers have noticed that the quality of AI-generated meeting summaries has degraded, leading them to disable the feature.  Summaries with wild hallucinations that include names of participants that didn’t attend or were never discussed and subject summaries that were completely incorrect.  Confidence in the feature has significantly eroded compared to a few months ago.

Preventing attendees from using AI Companion

I am the host of multiple zoom meetings for a group that does not want the AI companion feature available to attendees. I have disabled the AI companion in my settings but we have at least one attendee per call that is signed in as Firefly AI notetak... Show more

I am the host of multiple zoom meetings for a group that does not want the AI companion feature available to attendees. I have disabled the AI companion in my settings but we have at least one attendee per call that is signed in as Firefly AI notetaker or similar. Sometimes but not always, I receive an alert and can disable the note taking. Today was an instance where I was not able to disable the note taking by the attendee. Is there a way to block or prevent attendees of the call from using AI Companion for note taking? This is a group that is sensitive to privacy and security so this feature is raising a lot of concern.

I want all the emailed AI summaries of my Zoom meetings to be in Spanish. All of my conversations are either all in Spanish or a mix of Spanish and English. A few times the emailed summaries have come through in Spanish, but 95% of the time they are ... Show more

I want all the emailed AI summaries of my Zoom meetings to be in Spanish.  All of my conversations are either all in Spanish or a mix of Spanish and English.  A few times the emailed summaries have come through in Spanish, but 95% of the time they are in English.  How do I set this to always have them come to me in Spanish.  

I've looked everywhere on my Zoom account settings, and on the desktop app under the AI and Chat settings.  I have the Chat settings set to Spanish, but still no luck.

AI summary default editing

In AI summary it always says Meeting in most paragraphs of the summaries.
Can we set it as default to something else?
E.G I want Session and not meeting.
Is this possible?

既にレコーディング済のZoomの「要約」や「チャプター」を削除することができるか

こんにちは。

クラウドでAIコンパニオンを使って「概要」や「チャプター」を作成したのですが、動画を他者に共有することになり、精度の問題で「概要」「チャプター」を削除したいと考えてよろしくお願いします。

 

編集ボタンはあるのですが、削除ボタンは見当たらない為、現状編集から文章を削除して「会議」のような文字を入力して保存対応しています。

 

ベストは共有の時に「概要」等も共有するか選択することですが、既に録画済みのZOOMから「概要」等を表示したり消去する方法があれば教えてください!

Stop AI Meeting Summary from being sent

How can I stop the AI Meeting from being emailed to meeting participants after the meeting?  Some things were said after a participant left that should not be read.  Is there a way to keep it from going to everyone?

I just hosted a meeting from my own private, paid Zoom account. Afterward, I needed to adjust some things in the AI meeting summary, so I went to edit it. When I then tried to re-send it to myself, I got the error "Your settings do not allow you to share with users outside of your organization." I am the owner and admin, but I tried in vain to find a way to change this setting. Where is it? What am I missing?

Hi using AI companion for the first time and have issues/questions.

 

I had a meeting and turned on the AI companion. It was working but I wasn't going to ask it questions (such as action items and lists that were made during the meeting) until after the meeting was over.

 

So when the meeting ended I clicked end and then I thought oh wait what about the companion did I just lose everything?

 

I received an email with a meeting summary which was great. But I still had questions and wanted to refer to a transcript. So I logged into Zoom in my browser and found a section called "AI Companion". I clicked it, and on the particular meeting I was interested in, and it brought me to the meeting summary. No other options such as transcript, or the ability to ask the AI companion questions.

 

Am I missing something, or is there no way for me to access this now that the meeting is over?

Looks like there's nothing coming through either in the Chat or via email. Anyone else missing them?
