We use NDI to stream via OBS Studio. In Room settings "Separate audio" is selected, because we need isolated audio for each source. When participant shares their screen ("Share sound" is selected), I hear sounds on the device where Zoom Rooms and OBS are running, but there is no sound in OBS from NDI source. We use: Widows 11, latest versions of Rooms, OBS and obs-ndi plugin. I don't know if this is related to software version because we didn't need to use screen share audio before. Is there any solution or at least advice on how we can get sound from screen share NDI source?

Hello, Client A is already in the space and Client B is moving in soon. I have been supporting Client A who has 3 Zoom Rooms with Logitech Rallybars. They are looking to sublease half of the office to Client B. Client A would like to share the Zoom Rooms with Client B Both organizations use Google Workspace. Is there a way to allow both organizations to book out the conference room's? How can you share Zoom Rooms in a shared space?

I am the owner of the account and want to remove the access codes to the rooms, but I have it blocked by the administrator (which I am myself). How can I change it?
Hello, I recently encountered a problem. When I go to a conference through Google, my zoom doesn’t see my headphones, but my microphone does. Please tell me what to do?
Bonsoir,
Zoom me demande de procéder à des mises à jour mais il est, à chaque fois, impossible de les télécharger. pourquoi ? Que faire ? Merci pour votre aide précieuse

Ok, We are currently runnning Cisco SX80's and Room Kits on our campus. There is a "Help Button" setup on the touch panel that fires a Macro, the Macro sends an Xapi.command to Slack as a "postMessage" in a specific Slack channel. It alerts the classroom facilitators that help is needed in the room. This Macro is written in Java. I know that the Zoom Room uses JSON as its Room Control language and I would have to rewrite the Java code to JSON. I'm not a Programmer or Coder. My question is; Is there a way, or would it even be possible to setup a button press under the "Room Controls" that would automatically send the same type of alert directly to Slack, or would I need to use some sort of middleman or automation to trigger that? I figure if it can send out IP commands to turn TVs and Projectors on and off, that it could handle this. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Trying to figure this out before I have to come up with some alternate solution

Hello everyone, I work at a company that has 12 meeting rooms. Each meeting room has a Windows TV and a Tablet. With the Tablet, I can manage the room and start a new meeting with a button. Every room has a display name. For instance, the name of the first room is "ZION 1". Also, when I start a new meeting from the Tablet, I can see the host. In all the rooms, the host is "ZION x", where x is the number of the room. However, I have encountered a problem with one room. One of the rooms shows the name of my manager and sends an email to my manager, which it should not do. As an admin in the Zoom portal, I need help with this issue. Thanks, and have a good day.
