Resolved! Registered new account yesterday - stuck on Emergency Address section for Phone Assignment
Hi, I started the setup process yesterday for Zoom Phone after purchasing a package for use in UK to trial the system before potentially switching over from our current provider. Going through the set up process, I'm stuck on the 'Select Company Number' in the 'Prepare for Phone Assignment' section. Many thanks
I've added emergency address for my location, selected Country and picked a telephone number - but I cannot select the Emergency Address as it's pending (which stops me continuing)... how do I progress the pending part? Do I need to verify the address somewhere/somehow? (it doesn't say).
I don't want to wait a week and find out I needed to do something earlier lol
