I am building a system to get all the Users and their Licenses from our Zoom account.

I cannot seem to find anyway of accessing which license a user account has through the API.

 

I know I can get the calling plan used on Zoom phone, but I cannot find any other license specific information within the API.

Zoom phone app does not connect to bluetooth headphones, all other apps do that perfectly

I use google pixel phone.

Where in the phone app I can manage audio settings - chose headphones? Only for zoom sound does not go to headphones, all other apps work perfectly

Context - My phone has Bluetooth on, and headphones are connected to it. Any other app I used automatically uses for audio these headphones, including other calling apps.

Zoom - I join a zoom call - by default headphones are not used for audio, sound just goes loud, when I click on the button you highlighted on screen shot, the sound goes silent and to listen in I need to put my phone to the ear, as when I speak on the phone. bluetooth device, in this case headphones are still not used.

Reinstalling app was already tried, did not solve it.

And I just no way can find such a crucial setting and impact is huge, I am not able to participate in criticall calls/meetings, so feeling very desparate

Answering calls while computer is locked

Does anyone know if there is a way to answer Zoom phone calls while my computer is locked? I lock my computer by pressing Windows+L and sometimes I get calls while my computer is locked. I usually can't sign in fast enough to answer the call.

Hello community.  I  purchased a Zoom phone earlier this week, everything worked great after getting the more complex settings configured with the help of tech support. I made no calls on it except a test call or two at the beginning.  So yesterday, for some reason, Zoom refunded the paid amount, and deactivated the phone without warning. Three hours after the refund, Zoom tried to make two transactions on my card, which triggered a fraud alert and declined. I have no idea why I was even refunded in the first place.  I was on with a live  agent at 3 am, who raised a support ticket.  Now 12 hours later, all of a sudden Im not eligible for live support.  I put the zoom number on my brochures and sent them out last week. Any new clients calling in will not reach me. I am new startup, I cant afford to lose any potential clients. I cant reach anyone at Zoom by chat or phone, and my support ticket says low priority. This is very concerning as a new client.  Has anyone experienced similar?

I have a user who blocked a number under their user settings. As an admin, how can I view that number without accessing the specific user's account? Is there a report that shows all blocked numbers users have entered, separate from the global list in Account Settings? I already know how to see the global list in Account Settings; what I need is visibility into which numbers users are blocking individually and when they do so.

 

 

I’ve asked Zoom support this question, and I need to vent a bit. Every time I submit a ticket or chat with them, they seem to miss the point of my request. Instead of addressing what I’m actually asking for, they send instructions or links to articles that explain how to do something I already know how to do—something I explicitly mentioned in my initial request. For example, with this blocked numbers request, I posted the same question I’m sharing here, and they responded with instructions on how to check blocked numbers by accessing each user’s account, which I specifically said I want to avoid. What I’m really looking for is a centralized location or report that shows all blocked numbers across users, not just the global list in Account Settings, which doesn’t include numbers blocked by individual users. I don’t want 200 users blocking numbers at random while I have no way of tracking them without manually checking each account. If that’s the case, I might as well remove their ability to block numbers and require them to submit requests so I can log and manage them myself as an admin. Thank you for any help and I suspect I might need to put in a request feature for this type of report.

I am trying to call a +1 number but receiving a message, "Sorry, we cannot complete call. Your service plan does not support calling to this destination"

Also, trying to call +61 and +33 number but receiving this message, "Sorry, we are unable to complete your call at this time. Please try again later”

Hi Zoom Community user,
I have installed zoom for lightning in my salesforce ecosystem. After trying and configuring zoom phone i found that Zoom phone icon is not visible in Custom Lightning App from Applauncher but its visible and working for Sales, Service console apps.
Could anyone please let me know if there is any config i need to set to make it visible for all the custom lightning apps.

One more issue i am facing with it is that for some users Icon label is showing as "Phone" but for some users its label is showing as different one like "RingCentral" which is another call center. How do i rename that.

Please help me , stucked here.

Resolved! Zoom Activity Center Notifications returning as unread

Hello, I have a user who has marked all notifications in the Activity Center as read (both individually as well as using the triple dots and marking all as read), but each day her notifications come back as unread. I believe that they are reappearing after each time the application is reloaded.

 

This is in the Zoom Phone System section because this only seems to be happening with Zoom phone notifications specifically, Voicemail, missed calls, etc. 

 

I don't see any real settings we can change regarding the Activity Center Notifications besides allowing specific notifications into that area. We want these notifications to appear so the user will know that they have calls to return or voicemails to listen to, but how do we prevent the activity from returning after it has been marked as read?

 

I have talked with this user and they have just updated to the latest version of the Zoom Workplace Client (6.2.3). She had marked all of the notifications as read, then updated and the notifications returned after the application restarted.

 

I appreciate any help you guys can give me! Thanks!
