My team uses the Polycom CCX700 series phones with the group call pickup feature in order to pick up each other's calls.  What we are finding is that these phones will intermittently give out a momentary burst of white noise/static (while the alert tone is playing) whenever calls come in for other members of your GCP group.  Getting this recorded is nearly impossible because it is so intermittent. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

I have logged multiple calls with zoom and not once have they responded.

Hopefully someone can assist.

 

For some reason, when I click a number within SalesForce, zoom no longer opens up to dial the number.

It works fine in any bowser, but doesnt work anymore in Salesforce.

 

Any suggestions pelase?

I'm wondering if anyone is aware of any shortcut keys to help triage voicemail. We have a phone in a common area that receives a large number of messages a day (>100) that need to be noted for key information and then deleted. This is much more time consuming on Zoom Phone than our prior PBX because there doesn't seem to be a way to delete a message while it is being played. Our monitor has to listen to the whole message and then respond to the menu at the end of message. Are there keypresses I'm not finding that would enable our monitors to triage messages quickly?

Resolved! Connecting my Polycom VVX411

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

softclient: assistant being heard while putting people into audio conference.

have an end user reporting when going into audio conference, caller on phone can hear the assistant. hitting mute, then unmute sometimes works.  

 

anybody had this complaint before? Sorry that is all the detail I have for now.

I have an analog phone on a VOIP system with another provider and I want to know if and how I can utilise that same device on the Zoom system.

 

The device is a Cisco SPA112.

 

I have checked the documentation for provisioning other devices and the Cisco device does not appear there.

Confirmed: No "physical" phone regardless of manufacturer can do >3 adhoc audio con calls

The below has been confirmed with Zoom tech support: Zoom had a hard limit on 3 ad hoc audio con calls. in October of this year 2022, they raised it to 10. However, that 10 number is only for the soft phone or mobile apps. Any physical "phone" from p... Show more

The below has been confirmed with Zoom tech support:

 

Zoom had a hard limit on 3 ad hoc audio con calls. in October of this year 2022, they raised it to 10.

 

However, that 10 number is only for the soft phone or mobile apps. Any physical "phone" from poly, cisco, etc.; are still limited to only 3 ad hoc audio con calls.

 

Zoom is working to get this address in 2023, but there is not a firm timeline as to when it will be addressed.

Will multi-party conferencing (adhoc) work with more than 3 work on Poly Vvx-350

Does anybody know Multi-party conferencing works with poly vvx-350 to allow more than 3 in an adhoc  audio conference

Zoom pro can only audio conf in 3 people not 10

The user has a pro lic, but they can only conference in 3 people.

Anyone seen this before? 

the zoom faq's say 3 for basic and 10 for pro.  I have a ticket open with support about it also .

Need only 1 line of 2 showing in a delegation to another user

Boss has two lines on phone. Sec is delegated to get the bosses lines. However, now they only want the sec to "see" only 1 of the 2 lines on the boss's phone. I tried editing phone template and removing extra line that way. no luck. Didn't even attem... Show more

However, now they only want the sec to "see" only 1 of the 2 lines on the boss's phone.  I tried editing phone template and removing extra line that way. no luck. Didn't even attempt with the softphone.
