I have a zoom account I paid for. I used it yesterday. Today I could not use my app. When I tried to sign in, it said I was using a device from a place I had never used before ( the same computer and network I used yesterday), so they sent me a verification code. I entered that and got the message that I needed to update my app and should contact my IT manager. But I am in my own home, I am not a company, and I have no IT manager (of course). So I called support. In order to get support they wanted some Zoom id number which, of course, is inside the app I cannot open or update. With twenty years of software development and system support behind me, I can say this is the most user hostile support I have ever seen. Can anyone out there help?

i have already submitted my issue but still my issue is not resolved and i am facing big loss because of this. i already paid my PRO subscription fee of 14.99$ and the amount was deducted from my bank account (see attachment) but still my plan is on basic and i am facing loss because of it. resolve my issue on urgent basis or else i'll file a complain against your company. Bad experience. Can someone please tell me why another company was given a vanity URL that should've, by Zoom's own requirements, been impossible for them to obtain? Our company has owned the domain in question for decades, and now we have to use one of our unused domains for verification of a vanity URL. Not only that, but Zoom support contacted us stating that they wouldn't approve our vanity URL until we add a DNS record to verify domain ownership!! Boy, it would have been really nice if they held the church that took our URL to the same standard! Zoom, you should make this right and give us the vanity URL that rightfully belongs to us. Either that or please change your requirements. It's not fair to play favorites, nor is it good business.

Lost recording

Help!

Ive just dowloaded the recording of my meeting and when it was asking where to save the recording to, I clicked on the title and the window closed. I cannot find the recording in my downloads on my lap

Two people were in my personal room at the beginning of a meeting. I heard keyboard clicks that I initially thought came from one of the participants, but neither was typing. I ended the meeting and restarted my computer. When I opened the room again, the problem did not recur. Was I hacked?

PWA and chrombook quality issues

I have recently moved to a Chromebook for my business. I am running an intel i5 with 8 gigs of ram and trying to use zoom. When using zoom on this platform I found that support for the application is no longer there. Everything has moved to the android app or the PWA app. The PWA app has really bad camera and audio. I have confirmed that it is not my laptop as i have a fairly high spec chrome book. I also noticed that the functionality on the PWA app is limited. I cannot adjust video and limited audio options compared to the windows version. Is there any planned solutions to these problems. The app is limited in functionality and overall runs poorly. I am getting ready to terminate my subscription if I cannot find a solution to these issues. I have tried the android app and it has similar issues as it is designed to run on a phone platform or tablet. The app is not as responsive and options/customization is also limited.
