I'm the Zoom account admin and my username got locked apparently the credentials got compromised at least as what message I got from zoom. Now for last 6 months, I am trying to reset my password but I never recieve the password reset link from zoom. I'm at my wits end and to add salt to my injury, i was charge USD300+ for one year for facility I cannot use.

I tried to reach support to no luck. I will be easier to reach to President of the United States but not to zoom support. They keep asking me for my personal meeting ID and host key which I input and they keep telling me its not correct. Shame of you Zoom that a human person cannot reach me as your customer. 

You should probably close down you business if you cannot interact and resolve a very basic customer issue, password reset.

I am very new to this integration of zoom,

currently i have created MERN project and built two different apps at market place one is normal and another is

server-to-server oauth, i am able to create the meeting and joining it as well, to create and verify signature i am using normal app and to create Meeting using API i am using server-to-server app,


Am i doing right ? because if i use server-to-server app's creds to generate signature it shows me invalid signature when i join the meeting.

I am able to join the meeting, like if i pass role_id to 1 and not passing ZAK token , still it is started the meeting as host and every one are also joining meeting without registration token. while i have crated meeting with following parameters

Please consider writing to your congressperson (or Zoom CSM) to request detailed release notes for all Zoom products. How many times have you seen something like this?

Please don't coddle your admins, Zoom. We need to know what we're pushing out to users and to be informed on the development of the product we support every day. Most other software in our stack includes a detailed list (sometimes several pages) of Known Issues, Resolved Issues, Hardware used for Testing, etc.

We have a couple of reems where we have 2 or 3 other zoom clients that i would like to autologin the meeting (NO Audio). Pairing client to the room still asks to click to join. Currently we are just running a zoom client and Joining the Meeting, DO Not use computer Audio.

is there anyway for these clients to autojoin with no audio??? again pairing with the room still needs a click here...

Hi, I have spent all day testing and over an hour with the technical support people but they have not been very helpful to be able to fix my login issues.

It all used to work well and now seems to be broken but no-one at zoom is willing or able to help.

I can't even use my Google calendar to create zoom meetings any more.

Has anyone else had issues and been able to find someone/ somewhere to get help?
