Contact Centre..... and can anyone help

Before I downloaded the recent updates, Zoom worked fine. I arranged a meeting; and it bounced automatically on to my calendar. I could then send out invites from my calendar (a Microsoft calendar.....) 

 

I use a Mac. But since the update, it doesn't do that at all. When I try to connect my calendar, and I fill in all my details, it does not connect to the calendar. Utterly useless. Then, when I decide to contact the help centre, it doesn't recognise my account even though I correctly insert the details. I can't speak to anyone; and their so called help centre is useless in trying to navigate this. 

 

Why did they change it? If anyone from Zoom wants to get in touch, to talk me through what is wrong, then I am all ears. If not, my subscription will be cancelled in a week!

I just need to talk to a freaking person on Zoom! Thanks to this horrible experience I missed a job interview scheduled on Zoom since the application on my computer refuses to update, joining the browser would not allow me to join, the meeting and when I joined through my phone, the host was not able to see me join! thank you for letting me miss my final job interview for my dream job! To add insult to injury, there is no way to speak to a freakingperson when contacting you! give people a horrible experience and refuse to face consequences! I understand the importance of cutting costs by reducing the wage bill and using AI to answer questions but at some point, there needs to be people to help resolve issues faster! Abysmal experience and I will make sure that I will go on every channel I can to air my grievances until someone stands to pay for the harm caused by the lack of responsibility of this horrible product!

Changing authentication to SSO

We are planning to change over to SSO authentication. Does anyone know if this will affect accounts that have previously scheduled meetings and meeting preferences?

Authentication code

Just tried to run my weekly class and even though Authentication code is switched off I was required to sign in with code because ZOOM thought I was using a different device which was not the case. I couldnt sign in because it took over 45 minutes fo... Show more

Just tried to run my weekly class and even though Authentication code is switched off I was required to sign in with code because ZOOM thought I was using a different device which was not the case. I couldnt sign in because it took over 45 minutes for the code to be received by email by which time it had timed out and the class members had given up waiting. All the chat bot suggestions required sign in , which was impossible. Very frustrating and unable to get any help with this issue. Why did ZOOM make me sign in this way out of the blue, and how might I prevent this happening again? It is very unprofessional to let participants down in this way

I was recently asked to join zoom for the purposes of having a zoom CHAT (text) interview and I am now certain it was fraudulent.  I have been looking all over this website for a contact option to report the incident and have had no luck so I am using this outlet hoping to get some advice about how to reach ZOOM specifically to provide additional information.  

 

Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist in reporting this user to stop them!!

desktop client

Please advise.

I had upgraded Zoom from basic version to Pro, but my desktop client stay as basic version without the features of Pro. I reinstalled desktop client on my laptop, it still doesn't work. Any suggestions here?  Thanks a lot.

Interrupted Stream while using Zoom

I streamed a Technology Summit with a Congregation of nearly 300 guests to YouTube with an ATEM Mini Pro. For one Session during the Summit, I started a Zoom Meeting and began pulling the content (Video and Audio) from an HDMI output on my Field Monitor into the Zoom Meeting. The attempt was successful in Zoom and after leaving Zoom Meeting all devices continued to function correctly for the rest of the Summit.

When looking at the Recording on the SSD and the Stream on YouTube the next day... that portion of content i added to Zoom was missing. I did not have the Zoom Meeting set to record or start recording at any time. I checked and have no history of any events for that day in Zoom.

Is the content of this event that was being streamed to YouTube successfully until and after I added it to a Zoom Meeting retrievable?

When I play my guitar on zoom, the other person hears a thunk

I bought a laptop. When I play my guitar on Zoom, the other person just hears a thunk. The strings don't sound. When I use my old laptop, he can hear it fine. Anyone know why? It's only on Zoom.
