Is there anyone who can help me out here? My meetings cannot be recorded in gallery view. It records in speaker view even though I'm in gallery view the whole time. I searched the settings, but I can't find it.

You can enable Gallery View recording in Zoom by adjusting your recording settings. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click on the Recording tab.
  4. Under Cloud Recording, ensure that “Record gallery view with shared screen” is checked.
  5. If you are using local recording, go to the Zoom desktop client settings:
    • Click on your profile picture and select Settings.
    • Go to the Recording tab and ensure “Record video during screen sharing” is checked.
    • Also, make sure “Place video next to the shared screen in the recording” is checked.

If these settings are already enabled and the issue persists, try updating your Zoom client to the latest version. This should ensure that your meetings are recorded in Gallery View if that's the view you are using during the meeting.
