I am Prakash Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland and facing an issue where Zoom randomly freezes during screen sharing, especially in longer meetings. I’ve updated the app and checked my internet connection, but the problem persists. I need help or advice from the community to troubleshoot and resolve this issue for smoother presentations and meetings.

Screen sharing uses lots of computer resources. Since you did not state what device and OS is being used I can only guess. First make sure your computer has adequate ventilation to keep the CPU cool. Second, use ethernet connection instead of WiFi to avoid double encoding, radio interference, and reduced bandwidth.
