Hello, at my work we have multiple Zoom licenses that are shared among multiple users. We’re seeking a way to easily manage when different licenses are being used. I was thinking the best way to do that would be to sync each Zoom calendar with each licenses’ Google Calendar, and then possibly merging all of those Google Calendars together (using naming conventions in the meeting names to keep track of what meeting is under what license). However, this is proving to be difficult as I haven’t found a way to share a Zoom calendar with Google Calendar. Also trying to avoid using any apps assuming that every user would have to have it. Anyone know if this would be possible, or if there is a better way to go about this? Thanks in advance!
