I am considering sending a link to participants in a follow-up email after the zoom webinar.

The survey is not a third party survey such as Google Forms, but a survey created by zoom.

In that case, is it possible to set the number of responses to one per person?

I want to prevent people who have already responded from responding again.

I would like to know if anyone has experience with this.

I am hosting a zoom event with my company and we would like to put a survey at the beginning and we show the results as anonymous,  but we as the hosts would like to see who answered what in order to divide the people who answered into separate rooms, is that possible?

I've tried to upload a waiting room logo 60x60 up to 400x400, as either .jpg or .png, about 36KB in size. It uploads the image but ultimately doesn't save it, instead giving an error message, "Invalid parameters." Any thoughts? Ty!

Hi all

We are using zoom as a networking conference type events where people have various discussions in different rooms.  We are using zoom meetings and break out rooms at the moment - we are allowing participants to choose their room but we are not sure how to manage numbers in each room - for instance we may have 40 in one room which is a bit difficult to manage.  Can you set maximum capacity limit in the breakout rooms so people are no longer able to get in if it is full - as then they will be forced to go in another room that we will have set up.  Also what is the difference between break out rooms in meetings and zoom rooms?   And is there a zoom events?   Bit confused haha!   

Greetings~  Would someone be kind enough to assist me in navigating the OnZoom registration?  I am a new Host attempting to sign up for an OnZoom offering, but am unable to register for the event once I sign in.   The registration button is only "gree" if I'm not signed in, once signed in the "green" registration opton disappears.  Please advise.  Thank you!
