Can't hear Zoom meeting on Android device in moderately noisy environment.

A volume booster is the obvious solution but none seem to have any instructions and only seem to work with Zoom via imposing the meeting on the volume booster page which then seems to drop off after a while. Trial and error has been extensive and the current conclusion is that the idiot proofing on phones makes them unusable for listening in other than fairly quiet environs - maybe high range active noise cancelling headphones are the only likely remedy.  If I were running a Zoom competitor then integrating volume leveling/enhancing would be at the top of the differentiation list.

My system does not allow virtual backdrops, how I can use a backdrop; do I need to purchase a green screen?

Can Zoom Events send calendar events for different dates?

Hello, we created a two-day conference with different sessions in Zoom Events, and when people register they get a calendar invite ONLY for the first day. Does anyone know why they don't get two calendar invites or how to correct this? Thanks,Cindy Show more

Hi and thanks for taking my question.

 

I use a Webinar template for scheduling.   In it, I have the HD video set to high quality and Zoom set it for me and that is what is shown on the template settings.  But, when I look at the webinar settings for a scheduled webinar the HD video is hit highlighted.  Why is this?

Emails in Polish sent in Vietnamese

Have you notice any problem with language in reminder emails?

I changed it from English to Polish, and we recieved email in Vietnamese!

When I come back to English, everything was fine again.

My case is as follows:
I have 3 webinars scheduled.
I created a webinar in Zoom for the first scheduled date.
The person who registered for the first one wanted his registration to be active for all 3 webinars.
After the end of the first webinar I edited the date of the next one so he could attend the second webinar without new registration.
Everything worked well but there was a problem because the person did not receive any reminder email before the second webinar. There was marked to send email 1day and 1 hour before new date, but system didn't send it.
Is this a bug in the Zoom system? Or should I solve such case  in a different way?
Unfortunately I have not found a way to manually send a reminder from Zoom.

Co-host or Panelist Capabilities with Video On

In Webinar settings, I have Host video off and Panelist video on as our speakers will be Panelists. However, panelists can view the raised hands. If I promote one of the Panelist to Co-Host will their video still be set to off like the Host?

Is it possible to change the confirmation/reminder emails that are sent after a user registers to a Zoom Event? 

 

For example, I'd like to change the subject line from 'Order Confirmation' to 'Event Confirmation' and either move the text saying 'This event is open to users located in this list of countries or regions. Users located outside of these countries or regions will not be able to join this event. Zoom Events Privacy Statement · Zoom Events Terms of Use' or delete it.

 

To confirm I'm using Zoom Events not Zoom Webinar.

Recently conducted a webinar. A participant joined and then logged off. He was still shown as part of the attendees and was answering questions!! He says he had logged off all devices. How was he still seen as logged in and answering questions!! His named appeared many times as an attendee.
