Why can't I export the webinar attendee list in "reports" ?

Hi,

As of a couple of weeks ago I could go to webinars on the left side bar, then select reports, then go to the specific webinar within the selected time period and click on either registrants or attendees and export a report. Now when I go to reports and select webinars, it only gives me the 3 options and they are all regarding "registrants" and not "attendees".  Can someone please tell me how in the heck can I do this now? This is so frustrating.  Also the zoom support number on your top sidebar is not a working number.

Please advise me how to do this. If this is no longer offered, we may be moving to a different company that offers this feature.

Thank you.

What a surprise! The report screen had changed since April!

I was looking at the reports menu for the administrator and didn't notice it.

I beg your pardon.

When you open the report, you will see the following message.

----------------

We consolidated active hosts, meetings, and webinars reports into a single 'Meeting and webinar history' report. Additionally, we added features data that used during meetings and webinars to the report for improved insight. The meeting and webinar registrations now appear as a separate report. You can still access active hosts, meetings, and webinars reports until April 1, 2025.

I'm having this problem too! Has Zoom removed attendee reports? Very frustrating, as we often have many more people register than actually attend and it's very important for us to understand who has attended our events.

They periodically change the location of the reports around but they should still be there. You could also use APIs to automate the attendee reports extraction. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you automatically download webinar reports in one go.

I noticed this change in reporting today. It is true that webinar attendee reports are no longer available? I agree that this is very frustrating.
