This is the error I get as administrator when I try to log into one of our accounts
"Allow on other devices, your sign-in request was denied on another device"
How can this be resolved

Hi @ResusMed, welcome to Zoom Community! By default, users can be signed in to Zoom on 2 desktop computers, 2 tablets, and 2 mobile devices at a time. The account owner or admin with the needed permissions can change this for all users in the account:
When enabled, admins can choose 2-5 concurrent devices, and when disabled, users can be signed-in to Zoom on only one desktop computer, one tablet, and one mobile device at a time. Note that this feature is only available for Business, Education, or Enterprise account types.
