Access to Annotations

Sharing a whiteboard but participants are unable to access annotations to also write on whiteboard.  Have checked all the settings and all enabled to allow participants to use.  Option to disable annotations comes up which makes you think it is set up correct but when participants select the View options only get request to take control - giving them control does not allow them to contribute to whiteboard.  Something I am missing?

Hey @SandraK as it's been some time since you've posted this discussion, I would recommend double-checking our KB on Enabling classic whiteboard. Also suggest updating your Zoom client; or uninstall and reinstall.
