Video recording missing

Hi, some colleagues from my company are having problems with video recordings.
After finishing a recording they fail to download the video recording as usual - the only file available is an audio file.
My company account has a Pro plan. I would like to know if there are any technical problems with Zoom and how I can fix this. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, and can pin down when it happened - the video for my 2:00 class on 1/9/23 worked exactly as it should, and the immediately following 3:30 session did just that - I got the message saying my recording was ready, but when I went to view, it was an Audio Only and no video file. 24 hours later, still no video, and every subsequent thing I've tried to schedule to test has behaved the same way. I've double checked settings, reinstalled the Zoom client, tried from different devices. No video.

Can anyone provide a solution to this problem?
I'd like to understand if it's a temporary Zoom problem or if I have to find an alternative solution

Attempt to start your video by tapping Video.
Switch between the front camera and the back camera by tapping Switch Camera.
Check if any other applications are already using the camera.
Open recent applications.
Note: How to open this varies by devices. On some devices you can hold down the home button, while others have a recent applications key.
Swipe right to close any applications that are using the camera.
Check that Zoom has permissions for the camera.
Open the device Settings.
Tap Applications or Apps.
Tap Zoom.
Tap Permissions.
If it does not list access to take pictures and videos or Camera, tap the option and change the permission from Deny to Allow.
Note: Android settings vary between manufacturers and service providers, so these instructions may not exactly match your device.
Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom app.
Open your device Settings.
Tap Applications.
Tap Zoom.
Tap Uninstall.
Confirm Uninstall.
Open the Play Store.
Search for Zoom Cloud Meetings.
Tap Install.
Restart your Android device.
