Not able to access Pro account


I can no longer receive verification codes to access my Pro account because I don't have access to the old email address which I was suing when I set up the pro-account.  Will Zoom take a payment for this account automatically on the anniversary of setting up the account?   I can't get into the account to change email details so I don't received notifications from Zoom.
