Contacts Directory in Zoom

Within contacts there is a Directory portion. I have a company Contacts list under Directory. How can I add contacts to this directory group?

Hi. Company contacts are basically a list of users created in your Zoom tenant. So from Zoom admin perspective - User Management > Users.

If you want to manually add users to your personal contacts list, then in Zoom app Contacts tab press the "+" on top of the left users pane and you will have 3 options there.

The "Invite Zoom user to connect" helped with the first goal. I am still unsure how to add them to the Company Contacts tab under the Directory portion. I am unsure how to get to the zoom tenant referred to above. Please advise.

Just go to https://zoom.us and log in to your account 😉


To access admin section like Users mentioned above you need to be an admin or owner of the account. But that should be pretty much obvious if you are asking how to manage contacts list company-wide.
