break out rooms

I scheduled a meeting on behalf of my boss, for a big group meeting they want 8 break out rooms with a leader in each then automatically assign others to each group.  Then go back to those same rooms that were created two more times with the same people with each leader assigned to group.

How to do this?

Hello Donnac27 -

Great question. As I think about this, I believe that the simplest way to achieve what you're looking to accomplish would be to "Pre-Assign" you're Zoom meetings Breakout Rooms. This way, you can have everything set and ready before the meeting. Then as you progress during the session, you'll have the ability to re-connect the users to their rooms will be effortless and controllable. Thank you yes I can do that 1 leader for each room (let's say 😎 then automatically assign to each room  (about 60 participants) when meeting starts (random) but after that go back to each same room two times after.  Also, I am only co-host, I scheduled on my boss's behalf.

Yes, you will be able to go back to the automatically assigned rooms during your meeting.
