Why is my Zoom meeting glitching?

I am having an issue with Zoom meetings glitching. During the meeting, there will be lagging, freezing, and disconnects. This is happening on both the sender and receiver's side. I have tried different internet connections and devices, but the issue persists in purity test. It is very frustrating to not be able to communicate properly during an important Zoom meeting. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me fix this issue.

There are 2 reasons why this may be happening:

1- Your internet is unstable.

2- There was a glitch going on in zoom and can be solved by the new update/updating your zoom.

We can start by checking if you have the most recent version of the "Zoom Room" application and also check if the firmware of the hardware devices that make up your room are up to date.
