Transcription help?

Hi community! I need to transcribe a meeting but when I hit record it saved to my computer instead of the cloud! Any solutions to how I can still get a transcription from the file?

I faced the similar issue when the data did not save in my cloud I posted a thread here and someone suggested me to change the settings he showed a complete screenshot which helped me to understand you can see here now the data is saving in the cloud regularly after every meeting.
