Were you able to find a solution? I am having the same issue and I am still waiting on Zoom customer support to provide a working solution.

What kind of licenses and how many of them do you have?

Having this option may depend on license type and if you have CRC (Conference Room Connector) license or not.

I am on a license though our Org. Approx 50+ licenses.  Zoom support has confirmed that we have an active  H.323/SIP Room Connector subscription. The SIP details appeared in the invitation as of May of this year. Nothing else was changed on the account.  Thanks
