I have an admin account through my organization. But I don't see the zoom rooms listed on my account page under Room Management > Zoom Rooms . What do I need to do to see them all listed? Often staff want to reserve a room, but they don't know who is the current host and who to contact. I was hoping, that at least as an admin I should be able to look up this information. Any other solutions are welcome.
We figured that what we have been calling "Zoom Rooms" are actually nothing more than meetings. I was able to look up meetings on the admin page under previous meetings. However, I am not pleased with the search filters when searching for a particular meeting ID. The date filter would not span more than a month. I have to constantly adjust the date filter to go back further in time. I hope you fix it. Thanks.
