sudden loss of students sound during a teaching session

the session was going well when suddenly I could no longer hear my student . she ended the meeting and came in on her phone. we had the same problem. She could hear me but I couldn't hear her...it was quite stressful. Please help if you have resolved this problem 🙂

Pls provide the following details so we could raise a support case for you.

  • Meeting ID
  • Time of Incident (loss of audio) occurred
  • Participant ID experiencing issue
