CSV Issues Due to Zoom Events Addition

The addition of the Zoom Event licensing has created problems when re-uploading a user CSV.  With over 280 sub-accounts in our environment this is going cause us a major issue as we need to update users before our contract renewal.  Before the issue started occurring an admin could export their users to a CSV, make the necessary changes, and then re-upload under the "update users" tab.  Thus importing the changes.  Now when we try to re-upload it errors out because it's missing the Zoom events field.  Even more frustrating is that the "download sample CSV link" is correct.  I opened a ticket on this, but the solve provided was really a workaround.  Export the users, and manually add the Zoom Events column.  Has anyone had this same issue?  If so do you have any other suggestions?  I'm going to have to explain this manual workaround to 280 admins, and I need to be able to communicate the process as clearly as possible.
