when calling some numbers with zoom phone, they returned as not in service.

when calling some numbers with zoom phone, they returned as not in service. when calling with other phone, these numbers are in fact working numbers. Anyone had the same issue? how to address this?

ZOOM won't make or receive phone calls unless I am signed on as administrator version 5.8.7 (2058) I have a couple of PC's where this is the case. Other PC's seem to work fine. Anyone else notice this? Is there a fix?
