Hi Yogesh,
https://zoom.us/pricing/zoom-phone
and
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360020808292-Managing-phone-numbers
These are the best links I found.
The packages are these:
In your scenario, Currently you have Included Phone numbers, which means it is how many phone numbers you have included against these packages. So as I mentioned, you still can port over or procure 58 + 574 numbers from the packages ( also called licenses ) that you already have.
Add to that, the phone numbers can be separately purchased as an Additional phone number ( if other than the package included numbers, you want to park additional numbers ) or toll free numbers if you scroll down on the pricing page.
In Summary, Package is a License which includes a phone number ( Metered and above licenses )
Phone number is a DID, which could be the one that comes included per package or is obtained separately as an Additional phone number.
Hope that helps

Hi Yogesh,
The package is your license which includes a phone number (DID ) for Metered and above licenses. Phone numbers show the total phone numbers you have. If you have a Unlimited or Metered plan, that includes 1 phone number per license. In. addition, there could be Additional phone numbers ( parked numbers ) and toll free numbers shown under phone number.
If this response helps, please accept the answer as an accepted solution, so others can benefit as well.

Hi Yogesh,
Here is the link which should answer many of your questions:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360020808292-Managing-phone-numbers
for your specific questions, What if i don't have available phone numbers in plan ? As long as you have packages, they will come included with one phone number
Can i raise a request for porting ? Yes here is the link for US/CA numbers:
can't i purchase a number ? Yes you can purchase numbers directly from your zoom portal

Hi @sachinzoom ,
Thanks for information, I still not clear about Plan details.
Please find the attached snap,
for global select plan i have 99 licenses available under package and 58 Available under phone number, So this means i have 157 (99+58), number of licenses ??? Can i order\port 157 phone numbers ?
what is the difference between package and phone number licenses plan ??
2023-02-23 12:44 PM
Hello Yogesh,
Thanks for the screenshots.
They are two different views,
Package is telling you, you have 99 Packages to be assigned. Currently, you have the package assigned to only 1 user.
Phone number is telling you have 1 phone number associated with each package. Hence you get a total of 100 numbers. You have however used 42 numbers from this lot so you have a remaining of 58 numbers that you can buy from zoom or port over.
Similarly, for your US/CA Unlimited plan (Phone numbers ), I see you have 574 phone numbers available that you can buy or port over to zoom.
Hope that clarifies
